Storm repair in Wellington
Wind-lifted shingle field after a Cat 1 storm. Tarp on within twenty-four hours, repair completed cleanly, insurance documentation handed to the homeowner the same day.
Flat re-cover on a strip-center in West Palm Beach
TPO over a tired modified-bitumen roof. Walked the deck, addressed ponding with tapered insulation, and re-flashed every penetration before the new membrane went down.
