We have been the roofers on RCA Boulevard since 2004.
Family-owned, owner-led, and built on referrals from Palm Beach County neighbors. We do one thing: install and repair roofs that outlast the next storm.
Our story
Why we started in Palm Beach County
Leo Roofing & Construction opened in 2004 in Palm Beach Gardens, the year four hurricanes crossed Florida and rewrote what it meant to build a roof in this state. We watched a lot of homeowners get a bad roof from a fast crew, and we watched a lot of good families pay twice to fix it. We thought there was a better way to run a small roofing company.
Twenty-one years later, the principle has not changed. We are the same family that started the company, working out of the same shop on RCA Boulevard, with crews that have been with us for most of the run. Most of our work still comes from someone who lived next door to a job we did.
We have re-roofed homes across PGA National, Mirasol, Admirals Cove, Wellington's equestrian estates, and condo associations from Juno Beach to Boca. We have not scaled. We stayed small on purpose so we could keep showing up to the work ourselves.

A lot of Florida roofing companies are sales operations that pass jobs to whichever subcontractor happens to be free that week. That is not what we are. The person who quotes your job is the person responsible for it. The crew on your roof works for us, not for a staffing agency.
